The Shell Centenary Scholarship Fund (TSCSF); Shell Centenary Scholarships (UK), Royal Dutch Shell Centenary Scholarships (NL)
Scholarship granted by the Shell Centenary Scholarship Fund, a registered British charity, and the participating Universities to high achieving professionals to obtain Master’s or Doctorate degrees in any of the following universities: University of Cambridge, Durham University, The University of Edinburgh, Imperial College London, University of Leeds, The University of Oxford and University College London in the UK, Delft University of Technology, Eindhoven University of Technology and University of Twente in the Netherlands for one academic year.
Support includes full cost of completing the course. Applicants must be aged under 35; of outstanding academic ability (obtained or will obtain shortly a degree equivalent to a first class honors degree at a British university or be easily able to obtain a place on the MSc program in NL); fluent in spoken and written English (minimum IELTS 7.5); and not be a current or former employee of the Royal Dutch/Shell Group of Companies. The Asian Development Bank- Government of Japan Scholarship Program
Scholarship granted to citizens of a borrowing member of the ADB to obtain Master’s in architecture, business administration, economics, geography, international management, law, natural resources and environmental management, ocean and resource engineering, oceanography, Pacific Islands studies, public administration, sociology, tropical plant & soil science, and urban and regional planning at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa (UHM), with educational activities at the East-West Center.
The grant covers 24 months for Master’s and 48 months for Doctoral degrees. Support includes academic fees, living stipend, book allowance, graduate residence hall room costs, health insurance, and return air travel. Applicants must be college degree holders.
Required documents include a curriculum vitae, letter of reference, essay, TOEFL (minimum score of 550, 213 for computer-based and 79-80 for internet-based) or IELTS academic test (minimum score 6.0) and GRE or GMAT as required by university departments.

East-West Center Graduate Degree Fellowship
Scholarship granted by the East-West Center for graduate students from Asia, Pacific and the US to obtain Masters or Doctorate degrees at the University of Hawai‘i for 24 months for Master’s and 48 months for Doctorate students. Support includes academic fees, partial living stipend, graduate residence hall room costs, book allowance, health insurance, and return air travel.
Applicants must meet J1 visa requirements. Required documents include completed application forms for East-West Center Graduate Fellowship and the Graduate admissions, TOEFL (minimum score of 550, 213 for computer-based and 79-80 for internet-based) or IELTS academic test (minimum score 6.0), and GRE or GMAT as required by university departments.

Reynolds Foundation Fellows Program
Scholarship granted by the Reynolds Foundation to those demonstrating interest in social entrepreneurship and intending to obtain master’s degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, the Harvard School of Public Health, or the John F. Kennedy School of Government in Harvard. Support includes full academic fees and living expenses. Short-listed applicants will be required to come for interview at Cambridge with hotel and travel expenses to be shouldered by the Foundation.
Required documents include a completed application form, curriculum vitae, statement of purpose and one letter of recommendation. Academic-Year Ambassadorial Scholarships
Rotary International
Scholarship grant provided by the respective local Rotary clubs for citizens of countries with Rotary Club presence to pursue academic studies for one year in another country. Support is given at a flat rate of US$23,000 or its equivalent.
Applicants must be proficient in the language of the proposed host country and have completed at least two years of college or equivalent professional experience. The following are ineligible to apply: Rotarians, Honorary Rotarians, employees of Rotary International and its Rotary clubs and districts and former Rotarians within 36 months of resignation. Spouses, lineal descendants and their spouses, and ancestors of Rotarians, Honorary Rotarians and Rotary employees are also ineligible.
